Linda Boehm, DMD

Dr. Linda Boehm grew up in North Merrick on Long Island, New York. She attended the University of Buffalo where she received a Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in Pharmacy. During that time, she conducted cancer research at the Roswell Park Memorial Institute. After graduation she continued her work as a research technician in the Department of Virology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She then pursued a career in dentistry, attending the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts where she earned her DMD degree. During her dental school years, Dr. Boehm continued to pursue her interests in research and medicine, working in the hematology laboratory at Tufts New England Medical Center on weekends.

After graduating dental school, Dr. Boehm went on to complete a residency program in dental anesthesiology at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. While spending long hours on this rigorous program, she found this to be one of the best and most rewarding times of her life. During her training, Dr. Boehm gained extensive experience in the specialty while working in hospital, outpatient, and office-based settings.

After residency, Dr. Boehm built a unique dental practice in upstate New York, where she utilized her training to provide anesthesia care for her patients requiring advanced dental implant, oral surgical, and general dental procedures. She emphasized a team-based approach, where all staff members were expertly trained to provide safe anesthetic care to her patients. She developed a highly specialized practice that showcased advanced techniques in digital and computer-guided dentistry, implant surgery, and tissue regenerative techniques.

Dr. Boehm eventually decided to refocus her practice solely on dental anesthesiology. She closed her New York practice and joined Triangle Implant Center in North Carolina as a dentist anesthesiologist. Here she worked with oral surgeons to provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Dr. Boehm then left to form her own mobile dental anesthesia practice where she serves dental offices in the Northeast. She enjoys the challenges of working in different offices and providing excellent anesthesia care to dental patients of all kinds.

Dr. Boehm is married and has three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at her vacation home in Florida, taking care of her beagle dogs with husband Ray, and practicing classical piano music.

Dr. Boehm holds dental licenses with general anesthesia permits in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina. Dr. Boehm is a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She maintains certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
